摘　　要：鲁班工坊是我国职业教育国际合作知名品牌。习近平关于鲁班工坊重要论述是指导鲁班工坊建设的重要依据和根本遵循,系统分析26次重要论述的有关背景和相关内容,可以发现其中蕴含着合作逻辑、交流逻辑、文化逻辑、教育逻辑和技能逻辑等重要思想逻辑。习近平关于鲁班工坊重要论述的价值意蕴是:鲁班工坊是大国外交的靓丽名片,是构建人类命运共同体的重大实践,是职业教育国际化合作的新范式,是促进国际产教融合的重大创举,是中国积极参与全球治理的重要载体。习近平关于鲁班工坊重要论述的实践指向为:价值引领上要在共商共建共享中推动人类命运共同体构建,功能定位上要搭建以技能共享为核心的综合性国际交流合作平台,品牌升级上要以鲁班工坊建设为先导龙头全面引领“职教出海”,布局优化上要在服务重大外交战略中优化鲁班工坊全球布局,机制创新上要多条路径多点发力全面推进鲁班工坊内涵建设。Luban Workshop is a well-known brand of international cooperation in vocational education in China.The important statements on Luban Workshop by Xi Jinping are important basis and fundamental follow for guiding the construction of Luban Workshop.Through a systematic analysis of the relevant background and related content of 26 important statements,it is found that there are important ideological logics such as cooperation logic,communication logic,culture logic,education logic and skill logic.The value implication of the important statements on Luban Workshop by Xi Jinping is that Luban Workshop is a beautiful business card of great power diplomacy,a major practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind,a new paradigm of international cooperation in vocational education,a major initiative to promote the international integration between industry and education,and an important carrier for China to actively participate in global governance.The practical orientation of the important statements on Luban Workshop by Xi Jinping is to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind in the process of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration in terms of value guidance,to build a comprehensive international exchange and cooperation platform with skill sharing as the core in terms of functional positioning,to take the construction of Luban Workshop as the leading role to comprehensively lead"vocational education going aboard"in terms of brand upgrading,to optimize the global layout of Luban Workshop in serving major diplomatic strategies in terms of layout optimization,and to comprehensively promote the connotation construction of Luban Workshop through multiple paths and multiple points in terms of mechanism innovation.
