摘　　要：中国民间故事主题多样,内容丰富,文化底蕴深厚,其影视化作品在现代化语境中融入了对中国传统价值观的理解,在传递中国审美意蕴和优秀文化上具有不可替代的重要作用。该文在多模态话语分析的框架下,从文化、语境、内容和表达层面探讨了电影《长安三万里》字幕翻译中最具代表性的三个方面的典型特征,即:习惯用语、古诗及句式。试评价译文得失与呈现效果,进而反馈有效翻译策略和文化传播策略。在今后中国民间故事影视字幕的翻译工作中,译者需聚焦多层次要求,力求更好融合多种模态符号的意义共建,更有效地塑造国家形象,传递文化价值观。Chinese folk stories are diverse in theme,rich in content and profound in cultural connotation whose film adaptations take the modern form of traditional values,playing an irreplaceable role in carrying forward Chinese fine culture as well as aesthetic implication.Through multimodal discourse analysis of the film Chang’an,the study delves into the translation practice of its subtitles at the levels of culture,context,content and expression.Typical examples are also explored in detail from the aspects of idioms,ancient poems and sentence patterns,which in turn report meaningful translation as well as transcultural communication strategies.In the future practice in film subtitle translation of Chinese folk tales,translators must be committed to multi-level requirements and co-construction of meanings integrated with multiple modal symbols,thereby building up China's image as well as conveying cultural values more effectively.
