摘 要:中国医学历史悠久,中医古籍更是浩如烟海,是中医药传承与创新发展的源泉。但由于这些古籍年代久远及语言文字古奥,对于现代中医药学习者来说阅读和理解中医古籍存在诸多挑战。该文基于问卷调查,对长沙医学院2021级中医专业的300多名学生古籍阅读情况及其对古籍阅读能力提升的看法和建议进行分析,对提升古籍阅读能力的缘由、途径及阻碍因素进行研究。调查结果显示,中医古籍中的文言字词和文言语法对中医学生的古籍阅读造成了一定的困难。提升中医学生古籍阅读能力的策略调查分析对学生核心素养全面发展、推动中医药教育改革及传承和弘扬中医药文化具有研究价值。China has a long history of medicine,and ancient Chinese medicine books are abundant,which is the source of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation.However,due to the ancient age and complex language and writing of these ancient books,there are many challenges for modern Chinese medicine learners to read and understand them.Based on a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the reading situation of more than 300 students majoring in Chinese medicine in Changsha Medical College in 2021 and their views and suggestions on improving their reading ability of ancient books,and studies the reasons,ways and obstacles for improving their reading ability of ancient books.The survey results show that the classical Chinese words,grammar and cultural background in ancient Chinese books have caused some difficulties for Chinese medicine students in reading ancient books.The investigation and analysis of strategies to improve the reading ability of Chinese medicine students are of research value for the comprehensive development of students'core literacy,the promotion of the reform of Chinese medicine education,and the inheritance and promotion of Chinese medicine culture.
