摘　　要：随着科技的不断发展,工业物联网技术在油脂加工行业中的应用越来越广泛。本文主要探讨了工业物联网管控系统在油脂加工行业的应用,简析了系统建设的相关功能,为油脂加工行业的信息化、数字化、智能化建设提供参考。With the continuous development of science and technology,industrial internet of things technology is more and more widely used in the oil processing industry.This article mainly discusses the application of industrial internet of things management and control system in the oil processing industry,analyzes the related functions of the system construction,and provides reference for the information,digital and intelligent construction of the oil processing industry.
