数字化转型背景下《酒店人力资源管理》课程改革效果差异性研究

摘  要:伴随着云计算、互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的发展,数字经济异军突起,酒店等传统行业顺应发展趋势,逐步向自动化、数字化和智能化转型。充足的人才资源是酒店行业转型与升级的重要支撑,酒店人力资源部门同样如此,人才力量的匮乏会使得酒店人力资源管理的转型之路面临诸多困难。在酒店人力资源管理课程中融入数字化元素,在教学方法和内容方面实现与行业数字化的充分对接,是产教融合的需要,也是人才培养供给侧改革的必由之路,具有重要的现实意义。文章首先阐述课程改革基本方法和路径。然后运用单因素方差分析,通过对《酒店人力资源管理》课程数字化改革前后学生综合测评成绩数据的对比,对改革效果进行评价,结果显示:酒店2021级、2022级样本数据之间的差异不显著,而酒店2020级与2021级,酒店2020级与2022级之间的差异显著,说明课程改革取得良好效果。With the development of cloud computing,the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies,the digital economy has sprung up.Hotels and other traditional industries have followed the development trend and gradually transformed to automation,digitalization and intelligence.Adequate talent resources are an important support for the transformation and upgrading of the hotel industry,and the hotel human resources department is no exception.The lack of talent will make the transformation of hotel human resource management face many difficulties.Integrating digital elements into hotel human resource management courses and achieving full integration with industry digitalization in teaching methods and content is not only necessary for the integration of industry and education,but also a necessary path for talent cultivation supply side reform,which has important practical significance.The article first elaborates on the basic methods and paths of curriculum reform.Then,single factor analysis of variance was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital reform of the“Hotel Human Resource Management”course by comparing the comprehensive evaluation score data of students before and after the reform.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the sample data between the 2021 and 2022 levels of hotels,while there was a significant difference between the 2020 and 2021 levels of hotels,and between the 2020 and 2022 levels of hotels,indicating that the course reform has achieved good results.
