主体间性视域下高校思想政治教育艺术研究

摘　　要：在高校思想政治教育过程各要素中,教育者与教育对象是最重要的两个主体要素,二者之间的关系是最主要的一组相互影响相互制约的关系。主体间性视域下的新时代思想政治教育者和教育对象关系不是普通的“教”与“被教”的关系,而是彰显对象的主体性、教育者的“平等首要性”、主客体的二重融合性等特征。把握思想政治教育者和教育对象关系特征,要求我们要善于运用思想政治教育适度艺术、平等互动艺术、真诚共享艺术、价值共识艺术等。In the process of education,the elements are not separated from each other and exist in isolation,but an organic unity of close connection,mutual influence and interaction.Among them,the relationship between the educator and the education object is the most important group of mutual influence and mutual restriction.In the new era,the relationship between educator and educational object is not the common relationship between“teaching”and“being taught”,but it shows the characteristics of the subjectivity of the object,the“equality primacy”of the educator,the dual integration of the subject and the object.To grasp the characteristics of the relationship between educators and educational objects,we should be good at using the art of moderate education,the art of equal interaction,the art of sincere sharing,the art of value consensus.
