论艾兹奥尼对学校道德领导思想的贡献及启示

摘　　要：萨乔万尼学校道德领导思想的诞生,固然与其独特的学习和工作经历高度相关,但也深受其他一些思想家及其理论的影响,其中艾兹奥尼及其组织社会学理论的影响至关重要。艾兹奥尼对社会生活抱有共同体价值观和道德激励信念,他将社会学研究责任与社会公共事务相关联,其组织社会学理论对学校管理有重要价值。艾兹奥尼的观点是西方学校管理的理论基础之一,分析艾兹奥尼的顺从理论、共同体价值观、共同体结构等,对于深刻认识和理解萨乔万尼学校道德领导思想很有必要。基于艾兹奥尼理论中蕴涵的学校道德领导思想所提出的道德参与是教育领导的核心、学校是具有道德契约的“共同体”、把学校建设成为“生活世界的共同体”等理念和主张,不仅影响了萨乔万尼学校道德领导思想,而且对中国高校管理实践同样具有指导意义。The birth of Sergiovanni's idea of moral leadership in schools,while highly relevant to his unique learning and working experience,was also influenced by a number of other thinkers and their theories,with Etzioni and his sociological theories of organization as a key influence.Etzioni's belief in communal values and ethical incentives for social life,his association of the responsibility for sociological research with the public affairs of society,and his sociological theories of organization have been of great value to school administration.Etzioni's view is one of the theoretical foundations of western school management,and it is necessary to analyze Etzioni's theory of conformity,communal values,and the structure of the community in order to deeply know and understand Sergiovanni's moral leadership in schools.The idea of moral leadership in schools embedded in Etzioni's theory,the concepts and propositions of moral participation as the core of educational leadership,school as the “community” with a moral contract,and constructing a school as the “community in the world of life”,not only influenced the development of Sergiovanni's thought of moral leadership in schools,but is also of some guiding significance for the practice of management a university in China.
