摘  要:“双减”政策对中小学教师提出了新的要求,无形之中增加了其工作量与工作压力,甚至使部分教师产生职业倦怠,中小学教师减负提质迫在眉睫。文章通过对275名农村中小学教师进行问卷调查,分析其在“双减”背景下的职业倦怠情况,提出应明确责任主体、凝聚合力,改善农村中小学教师工作状态,助力“双减”政策落地落实。The“double reduction”policy has put forward new requirements for primary and secondary school teachers,invisibly increasing their workload and work pressure,and even causing some teachers to experience occupational burnout.It is urgent for primary and secondary school teachers to reduce their workload and improve their quality.The article conducts a questionnaire survey on 275 rural primary and secondary school teachers,analyzes their occupational burnout under the background of“double reduction”,and proposes clarifying the main body of responsibility,uniting efforts,improving the work status of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and assisting in the implementation of the“double reduction”policy.
