摘 要:新医科背景下,劳动教育与创新创业教育在思想、理论、实践、课程、师资方面的融合发展,是医学教育改革的重要内容,也是新时代医学教育的发展趋势。当前,劳动教育与创新创业教育融合发展存在轻劳动基础、重创新工作,轻理论研究、重实践指导,轻精神培育、重成果产出等问题。要结合新医科的目标和要求,进行劳动教育与创新创业教育一体化建设,引入多元化考评制度,培养新时代德艺双馨的劳动型、创新型医学人才。Under the background of new medicine,the integration and development of labor education and education on innovation and entrepreneurship across ideological,theoretical,practical,course,and faculty dimensions represent pivotal facets of medical edu-cation reform and herald the developmental trajectory of medical education in new era.Presently,the integration of labor education and education on innovation and entrepreneurship tends to emphasize innovation,practical guidance,and output,while potentially neglecting foundational labor principles,theoretical research,and spiritual cultivation.To align with the objectives and mandates of new medicine,there is a pressing need for the unified construction of labor education and innovation-entrepreneurship education,the introduction of a diverse evaluation system,and the cultivation of versatile medical professionals embodying ethical and artistic virtues alongside technical prowess in the modern age.
