摘  要:目的 了解临床实践中护生习得性无助现状及其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2022年8—9月选取3所综合医院的护理专业实习生为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果 护生习得性无助量表总分为(32.18±16.67)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,学历、家庭人均月收入、选择护理专业的原因、是否有信心迎接未来职业挑战、实习医院等级和社会支持是临床实践中护生习得性无助的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护生习得性无助处于较低水平,且受多种因素影响。班主任和临床带教教师需重视护生心理健康状况,适时予以正确引导。Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of learned helplessness among nursing students in clinical Methods Convenience sampling was used to select nursing interns from three comprehensive hospitals as the research subjects August to September 2022 for a questionnaire survey.Results The total score of the nurse Learned Helplessness Scale was(32.18±16.67).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,monthly income of families,reasons for choosing nursing majors,confidence in facing future career challenges,level of internship hospitals,and social support were the influ-encing factors of learned helplessness among nursing students in clinical practice(P<0.05).Conclusion Learned helplessness am-ong nursing students is at a relatively low level and is influenced by multiple factors.Class teachers and clinical instructors need to pay attention to the mental health status of nursing students and provide timely and correct guidance.
