摘 要:探索适应新时代需求的新医学人才培养体系对于医学类高职高专教育改革至关重要,虚拟仿真技术通过新一代信息技术可有效解决医学生人才培养实训教学过程中的“三高三难”问题,为激发教法改革、深入课堂革命、提高教学质量提供有效方法,是推进“医学+X”多学科融合发展的有效载体。以提升医学类高职高专人才培养适应性为目标,探索医学类虚拟仿真实训基地建设路径,深化“三教”改革,助力职业教育改革与发展。Exploring a new medical personnel training system that meets the needs of the new era is crucial for the reform of higher medical vocational education.Virtual simulation technology can effectively solve the"three highs and three difficulties(High investment,high difficulty,high risk,difficult to implement,observe,and reproduce)"in the practical training and teaching process of medical student'personnel training through the new generation of information technology.It provides effective methods to stimulate teaching method reform,deepen classroom revolution,and improve teaching quality,and is an effective carrier for promoting the interdisciplinary integration and development of"medicine+X".With the goal of improving the adaptability of higher medical vocational and technical personnel training,we explore the construction path of medical virtual simulation training bases,deepen the reform of"three education",and assist in the reform and development of vocational education.
