摘　　要：为调查实习护生职业获益感、自我效能感现状,并探讨两者之间的关系,于2022年12月,通过便利抽样法抽取某地区1所“三甲”医院175名实习护生作为研究对象进行调查。研究表明,实习护生的职业获益感处于中等偏上水平、自我效能感处于中等水平,且呈正相关。因此,高校与院方可以采用有针对性的措施稳定护理团队。In order to investigate the status of occupational benefits and self-efficacy among nursing interns,and explore the relationship between them,a convenience sampling method was used to select 175 nursing interns from a Grade-A hospital in a certain region as the research subjects in December 2022.Research has shown that nursing interns'occupational benefits and self-efficacy are above average and positively correlated.Therefore,colleges and hospitals can adopt targeted measures to stabilize nursing teams.
