摘 要:教学质量是高校的立校之本,要提高教学质量,需要对教师的教学工作进行有效的评价。虽然我国高校教师的教学评价开展了近四十年,但现行评价制度的效果如何,能否对提升教师的教学绩效产生积极作用,较少有学者对此展开实证分析。基于全国63所高校的匹配数据,使用分层线性回归模型,实证分析评价制度的构成及其对提升高校教师教学绩效的影响。当评价制度的构成具备以下四个特点时,能够提升教师的教学绩效:第一,评价主体不宜选择全面评价;第二,评价内容要面对教学的全过程;第三,评价方式不能只有定性评价;第四,评价结果要反馈具体问题。Teaching quality is the foundation of higher education.In order to improve the quality of teaching,it is necessary to evaluate teachers'teaching work effectively.Although the teaching evaluation of college teachers in China has been carried out for nearly 40 years,a few scholars have conducted empirical analysis on the effect of the current evaluation system and whether it can play a positive role in improving teachers'teaching performance.Based on the matching data of 63 colleges and universities in China,this paper uses hierarchical linear regression model to empirically analyze the composition of evaluation system and its impact on improving the teaching performance of college teachers.It is found that if the evaluation system has the following characteristics,it can improve the teaching performance of teachers.First,the evaluation subject should not choose comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,the evaluation content is the whole process of teaching.Thirdly,the evaluation method cannot only be qualitative evaluation.Last,the results of the evaluation should be reflected back to teachers on specific issues.
