摘 要:高校思政课教学精神交往是以“现实的人”为对象,以一定的精神内容为基础的具有价值导向的活动,其生成和发展诉诸主体间的感性活动,最终目的是使人能够充分发挥自我禀赋。从生成机理来看,身份认同是精神交往的起点,心理共情是“用心教”“用心悟”的生长点,智慧共建是完善知识结构和建构思维逻辑的关键点,价值共振指向交往主体理想信仰的升华与达成。在高校思政课教学中,需通过构建师生间的信任关系、增进主体间的心灵沟通、促进教学互动有效生成和推动学生进行价值践履来提升精神交往的认同力、共情力、思维力和实践力,为教学育人价值的实现和升华构建一个协同联动、高效运行的良性生态系统。The spiritual communication of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities is a value-oriented activity based on certain spiritual content and the object of which is"real people".Its generation and development appeal to the perceptual ac-tivities among subjects,and the ultimate goal is to enable people to give full play to their own endowments.From the perspective of generation mechanism,identity is the starting point of spiritual communication,psychological empathy is the growth point of"teaching by heart"and"understanding by heart",wisdom co-construction is the key point to improve knowledge structure and construct think-ing logic,and value resonance points to the sublimation and realization of the ideal belief of the subject of communication.In the teach-ing of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,it is necessary to build the trust relationship between teachers and students,enhance the spiritual communication between subjects,promote the effective generation of teaching interaction and promote the value practice of students,so as to enhance the recognition,empathy,thinking and practice of spiritual communication,and build a benign ecological system of synergistic linkage and efficient operation for the realization and sublimation of the value of teaching and education.
