高效液相色谱法测定调经化瘀丸中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定调经化瘀丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定当归和川芎中阿魏酸的含量,使用LC-2010CHT高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱:ZORBAX SB-C_(18)4.6×250mm 5µm SN:USCL092929,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量10µl,柱温35℃,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(25∶75)为流动相。结果线性关系考察,阿魏酸在0.02404-0.21636µg范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=1),精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验结果良好,平均回收率99.8%,RSD为0.5%。结论该方法简单可行,结果准确,重复性好,分离度好,阴性无干扰,可控制调经化瘀丸的质量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Tiaojing Huayu pills.Methods The contents of Angelica angelica and ferulic acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),LC-2010CHT HPLC,the chromatographic column was ZORBAX SB-C_(18)4.6×250mm 5μm SN:USCL092929.The detection wavelength was 320nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,the sample size was 10μl,the column temperature was 35℃,and the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(25∶75).Results Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.02404-0.21636μg(R2=1).The precision test,stability test and repeatability test results were good.The average recovery rate was 99.8%,RSD was 0.5%.Conclusion The method is simple and feasible,the result is accurate,the repeatability is good,the separation is good,negative without interference,and the quality of Tiaojing Huayu pill can be controlled.
