摘　　要：师范本科专业建设成效直接影响基础教育师资水平。通过师范专业认证的探索与实践,针对应用型本科院校师范专业建设中存在的问题,从OBE理念视角,提出了构建“144”师范专业人才培养体系、创新“2322”教师教育课程体系、构建师范专业持续改进质量保障体系等三条建设措施。The effectiveness of undergraduate normal specialty construction directly affects the level of basic education teacher qualifications.Through exploration and practice of normal specialty accreditation,aimed at the issues in the construction of normal specialties in applied undergraduate institutions,this paper proposes three construction measures from the perspective of the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept:establishing a"144"talent cultivation system for normal specialties,innovating a"2322"teacher education curriculum system,and constructing a quality assurance system for continuous improvement of normal specialties.
