摘 要:劳动教育是发挥劳动育人功能的教育活动。劳动教育的价值在于完善人的文化属性,使人的社会性和能动性在劳动教育中得到完善。以完善人的文化属性引导劳动教育的价值实现,需要明确劳动教育对象是具有文化属性的类存在者与劳动教育对象应当成长为自由自觉的劳动者两个判断,进而在回归劳动本义的指引下优化劳动教育价值的实现方法。劳动教育要实现对人的文化属性的完善,既要平衡劳动教育内容的工具性与价值性,又要依据个体发展的普遍性与特殊性创设劳动教育形式。Labor education is an educational activity that plays the role of labor education.The value of labor education lies in improving human cultural attributes,that is,improving human sociality and agency in labor education.To guide the realization of the value of labor education through the improvement of human cultural attributes,it is necessary to clarify that the object of labor education is a class of existence with cultural attributes and that the object of labor education should grow into a free and conscious worker.Under the guidance of returning to the original meaning of labor,the methods of realizing the value of labor education should be optimized.To enhance human cultural attributes through labor education,it is essential to balance the instrumental and intrinsic values of labor education content and to design labor education forms that consider both the universality and particularity of individual development.
