摘  要:为了研究路基不均匀沉降对高速列车过岔时轮轨动力响应的影响,结合多体动力学和有限元法,考虑道岔多钢轨的相互作用及柔性变形,建立高速列车-道岔刚柔耦合动力学模型,分析路基不均匀沉降位置、沉降波长、沉降幅值、行车速度等因素对高速列车过岔安全性和平稳性的影响。结果表明:高速道岔区发生路基不均匀沉降会导致轮轨力和车体加速度增加,降低车辆过岔的安全性和平稳性,当路基不均匀沉降最大值位于尖轨顶宽15 mm断面时,对车辆过岔的动力学行为影响最大,轮载过渡段的长度较无路基不均匀沉降条件下延长25.64%;各项动力学指标随路基不均匀沉降波长增大而减小,随沉降幅值增大而增大;相比于区间线路,当道岔区发生路基不均匀沉降时,行车速度的变化对动力学响应的影响更大,尤其是轮轨横向力和车体横向振动加速度。In order to study the influence of uneven subgrade settlement on the wheel-rail dynamic response while high speed trains passing through turnouts,combined with multi-body dynamics and finite element method,considering the interaction and flexible deformation of multiple rails in turnouts,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of high speed vehicle-turnout was established.The influence of factors such as uneven subgrade settlement position,settlement wavelength,settlement amplitude,and driving speed on the safety and stability of high speed trains passing through turnouts was analyzed.The results show that uneven subgrade settlement in the high speed turnout area can lead to an increase in wheel-rail force and vehicle acceleration,reducing the safety and stability of vehicle passing through the turnout.When the maximum uneven subgrade settlement is located at the section with a width of 15 mm at the top of the pointed rail,it has the greatest impact on the dynamic behavior of vehicle passing through the turnout.The length of the wheel load transition section is extended by 25.64%compared to the condition without uneven subgrade settlement.The various dynamic indicators decrease with the increase of uneven settlement wavelength and increase with the increase of settlement amplitude.Compared to interval lines,when uneven subgrade settlement occurs in the turnout area,the change in driving speed has a greater impact on the dynamic response,especially on the lateral force of the wheel-rail and the lateral vibration acceleration of the vehicle body.
