摘 要:衡水学院体育教育专业学生的教学实践能力存在实践经验不足、理论与实践脱节、教学设计能力不足等问题。为客观全面地评价学生的教学实践能力,基于OBE理念,遵循科学性、客观性、可操作性和全面性原则,构建了体育教育专业学生教学实践能力评价体系,并对各项指标进行统计和权重分析。研究发现,一级指标中专业知识的掌握能力权重最高,说明学生在教学实践中必须具备扎实的专业知识基础;二级指标中师德修养能力权重最高,说明教师的职业道德和修养对学生的培养至关重要;三级指标中学生全面发展的关注能力权重最高,体现了学生综合能力全面发展的重要性。因此,学校应改革课程设置和教学计划,增加实践教学环节;教师应根据培养目标制定具体措施,培养学生各方面的能力,这样才能更好地培养和发展学生的教学实践能力。The teaching practice ability of physical education majors in Hengshui Universityfaces various challenges such as insufficient practical experience,a gap between theory and practice,and inadequate teaching design skills.To objectively and comprehensively evaluate students’teaching practice ability,based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,an evaluation system of teaching practice ability of students majoring in physical education is constructed,and statistics and weight analysis are carried out for each index.It is found that the weight of mastering professional knowledge is the highest among the first-level indicators,which indicates that students must have a solid foundation of professional knowledge in teaching practice.The weight of teacher ethics cultivation ability is the highest in the secondary index,which indicates that the professional ethics and cultivation of teachers are very important to the cultivation of students.The weight of the ability to focus on the all-round development of middle school students is the highest in the three indexes,which reflects the importance of the all-round development of students’comprehensive ability.Therefore,the school should reform curriculum and teaching plan and increase practical teaching;teachers should formulate specific measures according to training objectives to cultivate students’abilities in all aspects so as to better cultivate and develop students’teaching practice ability.
