摘  要:为培养高素质技术技能人才,充分发挥高职院校服务社会的重要职能,结合“双师型”教学团队现存问题,以电气自动化技术专业为例,探索产教融合背景下建设途径.在分析了产教融合背景下“双师型”教学团队建设的必要性基础上,给出“双师型”教学团队的内涵,进而提出提升团队实践教学能力、科技研发能力及社会服务能力的具体措施,为高职院校电气自动化技术专业教学改革提供参考.In order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents and fully exert the important function of vocational colleges in serving the society,combined with the existing problems of"double qualified"teaching team,this paper explores the construction approaches under the background of industry-education integration by taking Elctrical Automation Technology major as an example.Based on the analysis of the necessity of the con-struction of"dual-qualified"teaching team under the background of industry-education integration,the connotation of"double qualified"teaching team is given,and the specific measures are proposed to improve the team's practical teaching ability,scientific and technological research and development ability and social service ability,which provides reference for the teaching reform of Electrical Automation Technology major in higher vocational colleges.
