摘  要:细胞生物学实验课是学生最早学习的基础医学实验,着重选择经典的实验项目,理论性强,主要的学习目标是验证理论知识和掌握医学实验的基本操作技能。把PBL引入细胞生物学实验教学的实验设计、实际操作、课外练习及实验报告等多个环节,通过问题促进理论、实践、临床知识三者之间的整合。坚持实验课程的问题导向、目标导向、效果导向、能力导向,实施“卓越医生教育培养计划2.0”,全方位推进医教协同育人。As the fi rst basic medical practical study for students,the experiments chosen by Cell Biology are classical and theoretical,mostly aimed at proving theoretical knowledge,learning basic methods of medical experiment.In this study,we introduced problem based learning into the design,operation,practice and reports of practical teaching,tried to integrate theoretical knowledge,experimental and clinical study.In order to further cultivate“Excellent Physicians Program 2.0”,we persisted the disciplines of problem solving,goal orientation,effi ciency improving and ability acquiring in practical study.
