校企合作人才培养模式现状、问题与对策——以南华大学矿物资源工程专业为例

摘　　要：校企合作作为新工科人才培养的重要组成部分,已成为打破工科人才培养困境的重要突破口。以南华大学矿物资源工程专业校企合作人才培养为例,分析校企合作工科人才培养现状与面临的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的解决对策,以推动校企合作高质量发展。College-enterprise cooperation,as an important part of new engineering talents training,has become an im-portant breakthrough to break the dilemma of engineering ta-lents training.Based on the case of college-enterprise coope-ration in mineral resources engineering of University of South China,the current situation and problems of college-enter-prise cooperation in engineering talents training are analyzed and the solutions are proposed to promote the high-quality de-velopment of college-enterprise cooperation.
