摘　　要：马克思主义和中国实际相结合这一科学命题是有前提的,讨论“两个结合”首先要确保前提正确。对科学世界观方法论的“坚持运用”就是必须确立的前提。它包含三层意蕴:坚定信仰马克思主义是“两个结合”的灵魂,科学把握变化发展的实际是“两个结合”的精髓,精准阐发“中华优秀传统文化”是弄懂“两个结合”的关键。坚定理想信念从认识论看,就是要深刻理解马克思主义如何把世界的终极性、人生的终极关怀这些“形而上”问题纳入了科学的视野;没有坚定的科学信仰就没有理论的洞察力和前瞻性,无法真正面对处在动荡变革期的当代实际;“第二个结合”对中华文明深入挖掘、全面激活、融入当代的要求,赋予了马克思主义中国化时代化更高的历史使命。There is a premise for integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China's realities.The premise has to be correct in discussing integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China's realities and the best of its traditional culture.The consistent application of scientific worldview is the premise that must be established.It contains three layers of meaning which include firmly believing that Marxism is the soul,scientifically grasping that the reality of change and development is the essence,and accurately expounding that the best of its traditional culture is the key.The article points out that from the perspective of epistemology,strengthening ideals and beliefs is to profoundly understand how Marxism has incorporated such metaphysical issues as the ultimate nature of the world and the ultimate concern for life into a scientific perspective.Without firm scientific beliefs,there will be no theoretical insight and foresight,to truly face the contemporary reality in a period of turbulence and change.To meet the requirements of in-depth excavation,comprehensive activation,and integration of Chinese civilization into the present era,integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with the best of its traditional culture endowed Marxism with a higher historical mission of Chinese modernization.
