摘 要:基于社会认知理论,本研究探讨了大学生就业焦虑、实习经历、求职行为之间的关系。通过对277名大学生的问卷调查,采用分层线性回归和Bootstrap方法检验中介假设模型。结果发现:大学生就业焦虑正向影响求职行为,实习经历在其中起到部分中介作用。最后,本研究为缓解大学生就业焦虑、促进大学生求职行为提出了建议。政府可以采取拓宽就业渠道、优化就业环境、加大职业教育和培训投入、增加资源支持等措施。高校可以采取缓解大学生焦虑情绪、提升大学生主动性、加强求职技能指导、建立完善的就业服务体系等措施。大学生可以采取缓解焦虑情绪、提前做好就业准备等措施。Based on social cognitive theory,this study explores the relationship between employment anxiety,internship experience,and job seeking behavior among college students.Through a questionnaire survey of 277 college students,the mediation hypothesis model was tested using stratified linear regression and bootstrap methods.The results showed that employment anxiety among college students has a positive impact on job seeking behavior,with internship experience playing a partial mediating role.Finally,this study provides suggestions for alleviating employment anxiety among college students and promoting their job seeking behavior.The government can take measures such as expanding employment channels,optimizing the employment environment,increasing investment in vocational education and training,and increasing resource support.Universities can take measures such as alleviating anxiety among college students,enhancing their initiative,strengthening guidance on job seeking skills,and establishing a sound employment service system.College students can take measures such as alleviating anxiety and preparing for employment in advance.
