摘　　要：近年来循证医学(EBM)发展迅速,许多院校也开设了EBM课程,通过实践,研究EBM对学生临床能力的影响。文章探究EBM对中医专硕的作用,通过论述其他院校开展EBM课程对学生的影响,来分析EBM对中医专硕的影响。EBM对于临床实际有促进作用,可以提高学生的自主性,提升学生将理论运用于实际的能力,锻炼学生临床思维。将中医药特色与EBM相结合,运用具有中医药特色的案例式教学方法,可以提高中医专硕学生的临床医疗决策水平,对提高中医专硕将最新研究证据与临床专业技能结合的能力有促进作用。In recent years,evidence-based medicine(EBM)has developed rapidly,and many universities have opened EBM courses to study the effect of EBM on students in clinical practice.This paper explored the effect of EBM on professional master’s degree of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyzed the effect of EBM on professional master’s degree of traditional Chinese medicine by dis-cussing the effect of EBM courses on students in other universities.EBM has a promoting effect on clinical practice,which can im-prove students’self-learning ability,enhance students’ability to apply theory to practice,and train students’clinical thinking.Com-bining traditional Chinese medicine characteristics with EBM and using the case teaching method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics can improve the clinical medical decision-making level of traditional Chinese medicine master students,and promote the ability of traditional Chinese medicine master to combine the latest research evidence with clinical professional skills.
