摘 要:中外医学史是一门以多学科知识交叉融合为支撑的课程。在“新医科”建设要求指导下,帮助学生构建贯穿中西医的知识结构、形成贯通中西医的思维模式并贯注守正创新的精神,是培养优秀中西医临床医学人才的重要环节。团队以教学目标知识、能力、情感不同层级需求为基础,提出“贯穿-贯通-贯注”的“一贯煎”式教学模式,为开展构建多学科知识网络、提升中西医临床医学专业学生综合能力、熏陶学生完成课程思政情感素养内化的教学探索与实践提供了有效支撑;通过优化教学团队学科结构,重新搭建中外医学史知识结构体系,设置多个探讨式教学主题,灵活运用翻转课堂、情景演绎及辩论赛等多种形式,让中外医学史的课堂教学“活”了起来;为培养有思想、有技术、有深度、有灵魂的新时代中西医临床人才夯实了基础。The Chinese and foreign medical history course is supported by interdisciplinary knowledge.Based on the guidance of new medical concepts,how to help students to build knowledge structure which can throughout Chinese and Western medicine,then de-velop a mindset that cut-through Chinese and Western medicine,and establish the spirit concentrate on integrity and innovation,is the key issue of cultivate students from the major of clinical medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Based on the different levels of teaching objectives including knowledge ability and emotion,team raised a teaching mode which called“Yiguanjian”,that can be the support for the exploration and practice on the build of interdisciplinary knowledge network,the en-hance comprehensive ability of students which major is clinical medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and then edify students to achieve internalization of emotional literacy of curriculum ideological and political.By optimize the teaching team’s construction of discipline author’s team,rebuild the knowledge structure system of Chinese and foreign medical history course,set up several discussion subjects,using the flipped classroom,situational interpretation,and debate competition,the atmosphere of classroom was vivid.The innovation of the course lay the foundation of the cultivation for the traditional Chinese medicine talents with noble medical ethics and superb medical skills.
