摘　　要：创新教育与思想政治教育在人才培养目标和手段等方面有着高度的契合,因此,将思想政治教育融入中医药专业大学生创新能力培养,产生思创协同效应,对培养又红又专的创新型中医药人才有着巨大作用。以“双带头人”高校教师党支部培育工程为背景,探索培养大学生创新能力的有效途径,构建思创协同育人的教育体系,实现显性教育与隐性教育的统一。There have a high degree of compatibility in terms of talent training goals and methods in both innovative education and ideological and political education.Therefore,integrating ideological and political education into the cultivation of innovative ability of college students in university of traditional Chinese medicine will produce a synergistic effect of thinking and creation,which is impor-tant for cultivating innovative and professional Chinese medicine.Talent has great potential.This has great potential for cultivating in-novative traditional Chinese medicine talents with high ideological awareness and strong professional skills,producing synergistic ef-fect between ideological and political education and the cultivation of innovative ability of Chinese medicine college students.This re-search is based on the background of the double leaders,explores effective ways to cultivate college students’innovative ability,builds an education system of creative collaborative education,and realizes the unification of explicit education and implicit education.
