摘 要:新时代,教育评价改革关乎我国人才培养质量的提升、教育现代化的建设和教育强国的建成。为更好地深化教育评价改革,亟需厘清场域内为数众多的相关主体的制度逻辑,并识别多重制度逻辑的兼容性与中心性,以期呈现出教育评价改革实践中的组织样态。新时代教育评价改革的多重制度逻辑属于高兼容性-低中心性的“主导型”关系类型。据此,以维稳兼容性和提升中心性为总体思路,提出维系兼容互利状态、形塑共生演进模式,建立多中心化组织,重塑立体网状结构的发展新路向。In the new era,the reform of educational evaluation is related to the improvement of talent cultivation quality,the construction of educational modernization,and the establishment of an educational powerhouse in China.In order to better deepen the reform of educational evaluation,it is urgent to clarify the institutional logics of numerous relevant subjects in the field,and identify the compatibility and centrality of the multiple institutional logics,in order to present the organizational style in the practice of educational evaluation reform.Analysis reveals that the multiple institutional logics of education evaluation reform in the new era belong to the"dominant"relationship type of high compatibility and low centrality.Based on this,with the overall idea of maintaining stability,compatibility,and enhancing centrality,a mutually beneficial state of maintaining compatibility and a symbiotic evolution model of shaping are proposed;a new direction for the development of establishing a polycentric organization and reshaping a three-dimensional network structure is also established.
