摘  要:目的探讨临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)联合多学科诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)教学法在妇科肿瘤住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2023年9月中国医学科学院肿瘤医院妇瘤科参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师为研究对象,共121名。将2018年1月—2019年12月参加培训的64名医师作为对照组,采用传统教学法;2022年1月—2023年09月培训的57名住院医师为试验组,采用临床路径联合MDT教学法。每轮培训结束,比较2组理论知识、技能操作、思维能力、教学满意度。结果2组理论考试、技能操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组住院医师临床思维能力、出科总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组提升技能操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组提高学习主动性、提高理论知识理解、提高临床分析能力、学科前沿拓展及教学满意度总评分方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CP联合MDT教学法应用于妇科肿瘤住院医师规范化培训获得较好效果,有助于提升临床思维能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway(CP)combined with multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching method in standardized residency training in gynecological oncology.Methods A total of 121 residents who participated in the standardized resident training in the department of gynecology,Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 2018 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.A total of 64 physicians who participated in the training from January 2018 to December 2019 were used as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.A total of 57 residents trained from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and the clinical pathway combined with MDT teaching method was adopted.After each round of training,the two groups were compared in terms of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theory test and skill operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical thinking ability and total scores of residents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of skill operation between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement of learning initiative,improvement of theoretical knowledge understanding,improvement of clinical analysis ability,subject frontier development and total score of teaching satisfaction in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CP combined with MDT teaching method in the standardized training of gynecological oncology residents has achieved good results,which is helpful to improve clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
