摘 要:目的 探讨导师制联合基于案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)教学法在胃肠外科留学生临床教学中的应用。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年6月滨州医学院2017级五年制临床医学专业24名留学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各12名。试验组采用导师制联合CBL教学法,对照组传统教授式教学模式(lecture-based learning,LBL)。通过理论考试、实践操作、教学质量评价比较2组教学效果。结果 试验组基础知识及操作、培养学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提升临床思维能力、师生间的互动及对该教学模式的满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组的理论考试、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 导师制联合CBL教学法应用于胃肠外科留学生临床教学,能提高留学生的学习兴趣,提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application of tutor system combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery students.Methods A total of 24 international students majoring in clinical medicine from Binzhou Medical College from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 12 students in each group. The tutor system combined with the CBL teaching method was adopted in the experimental group, whereas the traditional lecture-based learning (LBL) teaching mode was adopted in the control group. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared through theoretical examination, practical operation and teaching quality evaluation. Results The basic knowledge and operation, cultivation of learning interest, improvement of learning efficiency, improvement of clinical thinking ability, interaction between teachers and students and satisfaction scores of the teaching mode of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of theoretical examination and practical operation of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of tutor system combined with CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of gastrointestinal surgery for international students can significantly improve their learning interest and teaching quality.
