摘 要:按照杜威民主主义教育思想,教学个性是教师在教学实践活动中表现出的价值取向、心理特征和倾向,是教师不可复制的重要标签,对学生个性培养起着非常关键的作用。教育民主是教学个性塑造的基本前提,要让教师享有交往的民主、言说的民主和行动的民主,在宽松、自由、民主的氛围中,塑造教学个性。民主教育是教学个性生成的价值追求,教师教学个性生成要将以人为本作为基本遵循、将培育理性精神作为重要关照、将追求民主生活作为根本追求,使学校成为自由的人参加自由社会的教育工具。According to Dewey’s democratic educational thought,teaching personality is the value orientation,psychological characteristics,and tendencies exhibited by teachers in teaching practice activities.It is an important label that teachers cannot replicate and plays a crucial role in cultivating student personality.Educational democracy is a fundamental prerequisite for shaping teaching personality.Teachers should enjoy democracy in communication,speech,and action.In a relaxed,free,and democratic atmosphere,teaching personality should be shaped.Democratic education is the value pursuit of the generation of teaching personality.The generation of teaching personality for teachers should take the people-oriented as the basic principle,the cultivation of rational spirit as an important care,and the pursuit of democratic life as the fundamental pursuit,making schools an educational tool for free people to participate in a free society.
