摘 要:高校思想政治理论课教师能力的发展、大学生获得感的显著增强和思想政治理论课教学质量的有效提升,都离不开教师教研一体化理念的深度践行。高校思想政治理论课教师教研一体化主张以教研为原点,从理论、政策、实践、对象四个层面立体化铺陈开来。坚持“宏微并进”、做到“守一望多”、强化“调研驱动”、提倡“团队作战”等形式,能够推动教研一体化理念落细落小落实,为打造一支高素质的高校思想政治理论课教师队伍提供源源不断的动力。The integrated development of ideological and political course teachers in universities,the significant enhancement of the sense of achievement among college students,and the effective improvement of the quality of ideological and political course teaching all rely on the deep implementation of the concept of integrated teaching and research by teachers.The integration of teaching and research by ideological and political course teachers in universities advocates a comprehensive approach to teaching and research,with teaching and research as the starting point and presenting in a three-dimensional manner from the four quadrants of theory,policy,practice,and object.Adhering to the principles of"integrating macro and micro",achieving"observing multiple aspects",strengthening"research driven",and advocating"team operations"can promote the implementation of the concept of integrated teaching and research,and provide a continuous source of motivation for building a high-quality team of ideological and political teachers in universities.
