摘  要:拔尖创新人才是在教育场域中以“文化资本积累”为中介得以成长的,这一过程呈现出“长周期、动态化”的特征。华南理工大学借助“文化资本与拔尖创新人才成长的互动模型”,通过推进“高中-大学”衔接、“本科-研究生”贯通培养,帮助学生尽早形成适应大学教育场域且适合攀登学术高峰的惯习;通过构建一流课程体系、强化体育美育劳育建设、推进评价制度创新,帮助学生积累文化资本,助力他们成长。后续大学教育场域需要加强与家庭场域、产业场域的互动,为拔尖创新人才成长提供良好的土壤。Top innovative talents grow in the educational field through the medium of“cultural capital accumulation”,and this process shows the characteristics of"long cycle and dynamic".With the help of the“interactive model of cultural capital and the growth of top innovative talents”,South China University of Technology(SCUT)promotes the connection between high school and university,the continuous training between undergraduate and graduate students to help students form habitus that adapt to the university educational field and are suitable for climbing academic peaks.By building a first-class curriculum system,strengthening the construction of physical education,aesthetic education and labor education,and promoting the innovation of evaluation system,SCUT can help students accumulate cultural capital and help them grow up.In the future,the university educational field needs to strengthen the interaction with the family field and the industry field to provide a good soil for the growth of top innovative talents.
