“双师型”教师队伍建设模式的湖北实践研究

摘　　要：为研究适应湖北地区职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设发展的培养模式,针对湖北省相关职业院校进行调查研究,梳理职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设现状及困境,深入调查相关院校“双师型”教师队伍建设管理的文件制度,并进行词频分析,管窥各校政策,客观揭示这些文件的关注点,分析基层院校在办学改革中的政策行为,从调查结果来看,“双师型”教师队伍建设工作在湖北地区职业院校具有一定“热度”,但由于缺乏明确的建设标准、考核标准和指导意见,部分职业院校更注重“双师型”教师队伍建设成果,轻视教师社会服务、科研及竞赛等成效分配激励机制;更注重“双师型”教师队伍建设规模效应,忽视教师晋升及年终考核等评审机制;更注重“双师型”教师队伍建设高学历人才引进,欠缺配套教师个人长期培养发展提升规划。基于校企协同创新的视角,从产教融合、制度保障、外吸内育、奖惩结合等方面提出“双师型”教师队伍建设的行动策略。This study conducts an thoroughly investigation on the construction and development of"double-qualified"teacher team in relevant vocational colleges in Hubei Province.This study sorts out the current situation and difficulties of the construction and management through analyzing the policies and relevant documents system.The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is a hot topic in Hubei vocational colleges according to the survey.However,some vocational colleges prefer the construction achievements to teachers'social service;emphasize the scale effect to the evaluation mechanism;pay more attention to the introduction of highly educated talents to teachers'development and promotion plans.The action strategy for constructing"double-qualified"teacher team is proposed from the aspects of integration of production and education,system guarantee,external absorption and internal education,combination of rewards and punishments in the view of school-enterprise collaborative innovation,
