构建“四化六融合”高职人才培养新模式——以泰州机电高等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：随着国家对职业教育的重视程度加深,市场对高素质技术技能人才的需求增加。针对近年来高职人才培养中出现的职业教育体系不够完善、专业设置与产业需求不匹配、科教融合深度不够等问题,泰州机电高等职业技术学校通过对接产业需求,创新人才培养模式;聚焦产业变革,加速专业转型升级;开发校本课程,凸显产教融合特色;改革评价导向,助推培养模式转变等多种方式探索“四化六融合”人才培养新模式,实践效果良好,为社会培养了大量高素质技术技能人才,能够为高职人才培养提供可借鉴的经验。In response to the arising problems in the talents cultivation accompanied with the increased demands in the market,Taizhou higher vocational school of mechanical&electrical technology explores the new model of talents cultivation"four modernizations and six integrations"through various methods such as reforming evaluation orientation and promoting the transformation of training models and other ways.It has cultivated a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for society.Its exploration provides excellent experience that can be referenced for the cultivation of vocational talents.
