摘　　要：高职院校党建工作与课程思政建设紧密联系,二者协同发展实现价值引领与知识教育相融合。随着中外合作办学广泛深入开展,高职院校应重视合作办学中课程思政教师队伍建设,聚焦立德树人核心目标,发挥基层党组织的细胞核心作用和战斗堡垒作用,加强教师团队建设,做好合作办学中的育人工作。Party building work is closely related to the curriculum of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Their coordinated development realize the integration of value leading and knowledge education.With the extensive and in-depth development of Sino-foreign cooperative education,the cultivation of teachers of curriculum ideological and political education should be in high regard by focusing on the core aim of moral education and by working grassroots Party organizations as cellular core and fighting fortress.
