摘　　要：高职院校作为城市轨道交通行业人才输出的主力,其城市轨道交通类专业设置应与所在区域的产业发展相契合。本文从江苏省高职院校城市轨道交通类专业设置与产业发展的现状出发,通过企业调研和访谈调查,对江苏高职院校城市轨道交通专业与产业的供需类别、规模和质量三个方面进行契合度分析,在此基础上,对如何提升二者契合度,从专业设置和人才培养两方面,提出了对策建议。As the main force of talent output in the urban rail transit industry,the professional setting of urban rail transit should be in line with the industrial development of the region.Based on the current situation of urban rail transit majors and industrial development in Jiangsu vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the fit between the supply and demand categories,scale and quality of urban rail transit majors and industries in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges through enterprise research and interview surveys,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the fit between the two from the aspects of professional setting and talent training.
