产教融合背景下汽车服务工程专业育人模式研究

摘　　要：在全球“三大革命”和我国“双碳”战略的推动下,汽车产业“新四化”的变革正踏浪而至。然而,汽车新技术的发展面临着人才短缺的问题,面对新一代人工智能发展和汽车新“四化”技术,汽车服务工程作为面向服务汽车产业体系的专业,其建设转型面临着实际问题。黄河交通学院汽车服务工程专业在分析培养目标和面临现状的基础上,结合现有的资源,对产教融合背景下育人模式进行研究,从引企入校,到产业学院,到3543人才培养模式以及具体到课程的建设而都进行了深入的改革,力争培养出具有较高社会责任感,有理想有信念,专业基础扎实,实践应用能力较强,适应区域经济社会发展和产业转型升级需要,德智体美劳全面发展的高素质应用型人才。In the global“Three revolutions”and our country“Double carbon”strategy,the automobile industry“New four modernizations”of the reform is coming.However,the development of new automobile technology is faced with the problem of shortage of talents.Facing the new generation of artificial intelligence development and the new“Four modernizations”technology of automobile,automobile service engineering is a specialty oriented to serve the system of automobile industry,its construction transformation is faced with practical problems.On the basis of analyzing the training goal and facing the present situation,combining with the existing resources,this paper studies the educational model under the background of the integration of industry and education,to 3543 personnel training model and specific to the construction of the curriculum have been carried out in-depth reform,and strive to cultivate a higher sense of social responsibility,have ideals and beliefs,solid professional foundation,practical and practical ability,to meet the needs of regional economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading,moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic labor all-round development of high-quality application-oriented personnel.
