摘  要:低速碰撞工况下防撞梁冲击响应的分析对于改善汽车防撞梁的安全性能具有重要意义。文章以某款汽车防撞梁为研究对象,对其开展了落锤试验,从碰撞力、侵入量以及吸能特性等几个方面对试验结果进行分析。结果发现该防撞梁至少吸收了六成的能量,且未发生断裂,能够起到较好的吸能作用。此外,还总结了性能参数之间的影响规律,即侵入量增加,碰撞力增加,能量增加;侵入量减小,碰撞力减小,能量减小,为后期防撞梁系统的设计与改进提供一定的数据指导。The analysis of the impact response of the anti-collision beam under low-speed collision condition is of great significance to improve the safety performance of the automobile anti-collision beam.In this paper,a drop weight test is carried out on a certain automobile anti-collision beam as the research object,and the test results are analyzed from several aspects,such as collision force,intrusion and energy absorption characteristics.The results show that the anti-collision beam absorbs at least 60%of the energy and does not break,which can play a good role in energy absorption.In addition,the infl uence law between performance parameters is summarized,that is,the amount of intrusion increases,the collision force increases,and the energy increases.The intrusion is reduced,the collision force is reduced,and the energy is reduced,which provides some data guidance for the design and improvement of the anti-collision beam system in the later stage.
