摘 要:思想政治教育内容有效供给的衡量标准问题,是思想政治教育内容有效供给论题研究的关键核心问题。对这一问题的求解,须具备从产品视角理解“内容”,并对其从效用、效益、效率等三个维度予以考量以及从结果和过程的双重维度定义“有效”的理论自觉。新时代高校思想政治教育内容有效供给的衡量标准,也就内在地由国家主导意识形态认同接受得以充分实现、对象群体高阶精神发展需求得以次第满足、国民素质和社会文明程度得以跃升新高度的结果标准,以及供给要素硬强化、供给环节强连接、供给情境高适配的过程标准共同构成。The question of measuring the effective supply of ideological and political education content is the key core issue in the study of the effective supply of ideological and political education content.The solution to this problem requires a disciplinary perspective that understands“content”from a product perspective and considers it in terms of utility,effectiveness,and efficiency,as well as a theoretical consciousness that defines“effective”in terms of both results and processes.The measurement standard of effective supply of ideological and political education content of colleges and universities in the new era is inherently composed of the result standard that the national dominant ideology is successfully accepted,the target group’s higher-order spiritual development needs are met in turn,and the national quality and social civilization leap to new heights,and the process standard that the supply elements are hardened,the supply links are strongly connected,and the supply context is highly adapted.
