摘　　要：为探究不同产地雪茄烟叶质量特性,寻求国内外雪茄烟叶差异点,对国内外5个产地雪茄烟叶外观质量、物理特征、感官质量进行评价分析,使用多样性评价方法对香韵进行分析。结果表明:国产茄衣平整度、叶面组织、油分等指标达与多米尼加烟叶接近,但存在尺寸偏大,色泽均匀度、光泽不足等问题;国产雪茄烟叶厚度、拉力与多米尼加雪茄烟叶差异不显著;茄芯感官质量优于茄衣;多米尼加雪茄烟叶感官质量优于其他产地,海南产地雪茄烟叶在国产烟叶中表现最好。综上所述,国产茄衣外观质量基本达到茄衣使用需求,部分物理指标达到多米尼加烟叶水平,但需从色泽均匀度、光泽、感官质量方面进行针对性提升。This study aimed to investigate the quality characteristics of cigar tobacco from different producing areas and identify the differences between domestic and international cigar tobacco.The appearance quality,physical characteristics,and sensory quality of cigar tobacco from five producing areas were evaluated and analyzed.Additionally,flavor analysis was conducted using a diversity evaluation method.The results showed that the domestic wrapper exhibited similarities with Dominican wrapper in terms of flatness,leaf structure,and oil content.Meanwhile,there were still some problems in domestic wrapper,such as large size,uneven color and insufficient luster.Moreover,both domestic and Dominican cigar tobacco leaves showed no significant difference in thickness or tension.Among all tobacco leaves examined,Dominican cigar tobacco showed the best sensory quality,while Hainan cigar tobacco performs best among domestic varieties.In conclusion,the appearance quality of domestic wrappers generally met the requirements for use,and part of physical quality reached the level of Dominican tobacco leaves.Moreover,color uniformity,luster enhancement,and sensory quality should be put more attention to.
