摘  要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄豆和黑豆中大豆异黄酮甙元进行分析测定.结果表明:在5.0~100.0μg·mL-1范围内,大豆异黄酮甙元与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程A=9960.0C-6693.6,相关系数为0.9998,变异系数为1.11%,回收率为98.2%~103.6%.The contents of soybean isoflavone aglycone in soybean and black bean were determined by HPLC.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between soybean isoflavone aglycogenin and peak area in the range of 5.0~100.0μg·mL-1.The regression equation was A=9960.0C-6693.6,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the coefficient of variation was 1.11%,and the recovery rate was 98.2%~103.6%.
