摘  要:植物组织培养技术是一门应用基础课程,而实验部分是其教学中的重要组成内容.基于“以虚补实、虚实结合”的原则,开发了“植物组织培养技术——以黄瓜幼苗组织培养及其子叶原生质体提取和活力检测为例”的虚拟仿真实验课程,阐释了虚拟仿真实验课程的教学目标、课程建设和实施过程,为高校线上运用虚拟仿真实验教学模式的构建提供参考.Plant tissue culture technology is an applied basic course,in which experiment teaching is an important part of plant tissue culture technology teaching.Based on the principle of“complementing the real with the virtual and combining the virtual and real”,authors developed the virtual simulation course of“Experiment on plant tissue culture technology of tissue culture of cucumber seedlings and extraction and vitality detection of protoplasts from cotyledons experiment as an example”.This article introduces the teaching objectives,course construction and implementation process of the virtual simulation experiment course,providing reference for the construction of online virtual simulation experiment teaching mode in universities.
