摘　　要：社区教育质量测评是引领社区教育发展、推动社区教育质量提升的重要工具和必要手段。在厘清社区教育质量内涵特征的基础上,综合运用德尔菲法、层次分析法等方法,探索建立带有权重系数值的集学习活动过程、学习活动结果、条件与保障、利益相关者满意度为一体的的社区教育质量测评模型,旨在为社区教育质量监测、评价及督导提供一个可供参考的模型和工具。The quality evaluation of community education is an important tool and necessary means to guide the development of community education and promote the quality improvement of community education.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the quality of community education,this paper comprehensively uses Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods to explore the establishment of a quality evaluation model of community education with weight coefficient value that integrates learning activity process,learning activity results,conditions and guarantees and stakeholder satisfaction,in order to provide a reference model and tool for quality monitoring,evaluation and supervision of community education.
