摘 要:采用文献资料研究和专家访谈等质性研究方法,对中国短兵的历史渊源和进入高校课程的发展历程进行了梳理,以身体素养理念为指引,以培养当代大学生身体素养为旨归,立足本校中国短兵课程的实践案例分析,深入理解和解释短兵课程的现状、挑战和改进的可能性.认为中国短兵作为“国术”的发展历程与尚武精神具有紧密联系;高校短兵课程的开设是完成中国短兵由战争思维转向培养新时代大学生身体素养的历史演变与责任担当;在高校短兵课程的建构过程中,进一步明确了课程目标,创新性选择了更加适宜当代大学生的课程内容和教学方法,并制定了相应的评价机制.此外,还强调了高校短兵课程的课外系统建设的重要性,同时也意识到高校短兵课程仍然面临一些问题,并尝试提出了相应的克服策略.This article uses qualitative research methods such as literature review and expert interviews to analyze the historical origins of Chinese short weapons and the development of their inclusion in college curricula.Guided by the concept of physical literacy and aiming to cultivate the physical literacy of contemporary university students,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation,challenges,and possibilities for improvement of short weapon courses based on practical cases from our university's Chinese short weapon curriculum.The article argues that the development of Chinese short weapons as a"national art"is closely linked to the spirit of martial arts.The establishment of short weapon courses in colleges and universities represents a historical evolution and responsibility shift from a focus on war mentality to the cultivation of physical literacy in the new era.In the process of constructing college short weapon courses,this article further clarifies the course objectives,innovatively selects course content and teaching methods that are more suitable for contemporary university students,and formulates corresponding evaluation mechanisms.Additionally,the article emphasizes the importance of extracurricular system development for college short weapon courses while acknowledging the challenges faced by such courses and proposing corresponding strategies to overcome them.
