深化·还原·重构——副文本视角下马伯良《洗冤集录》英译本的法医学解读

摘　　要：马伯良《洗冤集录》英译本运用封面、序言、前言、简介、注释、插图和索引等副文本,深度解读文本中的中国古代法医学,深化了中国法医学典籍的学术阐释,还原了中国宋代的严谨法制特色,重构了中国古代法医学的“科学”形象。译本在海外的高接受度彰显了深度翻译策略的重要性。灵活运用“融学于译,尊重差异”和“合理注释,张弛有度”的翻译策略,可以更加有效地推动中国法医学典籍的对外传播。With the application of paratexts,exemplified by front cover,foreword,preface,introduction,footnotes,illustrations and indexes,The Washing Away of Wrongs:Forensic Medicine in Thirteenth-Century China translated by Brain E.McKnight tried to interpret the ancient Chinese forensic medicine,so as to intensify the academic elucidation of Chinese classics of forensic medicine,restore the vigorous feature of the legal system during the Song dynasty,and reconstruct a“scientific”image of the ancient Chinese forensic medicine.The overseas popularity of McKnight’s translation demonstrates the importance of the thick translation strategy.Skillful application of translation methods of integrating research in translation by respecting the differences between cultures,as well as of making reasonable annotations flexibly can be a more constructive approach to overseas transmission of Chinese classics of forensic medicine.
