支点战略视野下湖北高层次职教师资培养体系研究

摘　　要：湖北经济社会发展和产业转型升级正面临着结构调整、新旧动能转换的关键时期。新产业的培养与壮大,传统产业做新和做强,都迫切需要教育和人才支撑,如何从体制、机制上构建湖北高层次职教人才培养尤其是职教师资培养体系,为推动湖北职业教育发展进而推动湖北经济社会发展,显得尤为重要。分析发现,湖北职教体系尚不完善,职教发展规划和政策还存在“盲区”,高层次职教师资培养严重不足。湖北要高起点谋划湖北职教高层次发展,进一步优化顶层设计,将现有职业教育定位适当上移,强化政策指引和战略引导,整合高端教育资源,优化教育供给结构,完善湖北高层次职教师资培养体系,探索高层次职教师资培养的新模式,打造高层次职教师资培养的“湖北样板”。Hubei’s economic and social development,as well as industrial transformation and upgrading,are currently facing a critical period of structural adjustment and transition of old and new driving forces.The cultivation and strengthening of new industries,as well as the revitalization of traditional industries,urgently require support from education and talents.Therefore,how to construct the training system of high-level vocational education talents in Hubei,especially of vocational education,from systems and mechanisms,is particularly important for promoting the development of vocational education in Hubei and further driving its economic and social development.It is found that the vocational education system in Hubei is still imperfect with"blind spots"in its development planning and policies and a serious shortage of high-level teacher training.Hubei should plan the high-level development of vocational education with a high starting point,further optimize top-level design,appropriately elevate the positioning of existing vocational education,strengthen policy guidance and strategic direction,integrate high-end educational resources,optimize the structure of educational supply,improve the training system for high-level vocational education teachers,explore new models for their training,and simultaneously improve related guarantee systems,creating a"Hubei model".
