摘  要:随着我国事业单位人事管理体系改革的不断推进,事业单位在当前时代下要重视人员绩效与激励的要求,以提高人员积极性,推动人员有序完成各项工作任务。在实施人员绩效与激励环节,要确保绩效考核工作公平、公正、合理,确保考核工作发挥应有的成效,从而达成预期的管理目标。文章对事业单位人员绩效与激励机制进行分析,探讨了人员绩效与激励机制实施过程中存在的不足,并重点针对相关问题提出了改进策略,对事业单位提高人员工作积极性具有一定的促进作用。With the continuous advancement of the reform of personnel management system of public institutions in China,public institutions should pay attention to the requirements of personnel performance and incentive in the current era,so as to improve the enthusiasm of personnel and promote the orderly completion of various work tasks.In the implementation of personnel performance and incentives,it is necessary to ensure that the performance appraisal work is fair,just and reasonable,and ensure that the appraisal work plays its due results,so as to achieve the expected management goals.This paper analyzes the personnel performance and incentive mechanism of public institutions,discusses the shortcomings in the implementation of personnel performance and incentive mechanism,and puts forward improvement strategies for related problems,which has a certain role in promoting the work enthusiasm of public institutions.
