摘 要:综合分析计算机视觉实际应用包含的关键技术及优势,总结基于计算机视觉技术对塑料产品进行分拣的具体方法,了解分拣系统的鉴损功能,充分发挥现代技术手段的优势。根据现有分拣系统及相关实验数据可知,基于计算机视觉技术设计的针对塑料产品形状、颜色、标号等的分拣系统分拣效率和质量较佳。计算机视觉技术在塑料产品分拣及检测中的应用具有极强的实用性,能够为塑料产品分拣、塑料垃圾回收提供便利,提升塑料产业的经营效益。This paper comprehensively analyzes the key technologies and advantages involved in the practical application of computer vision,summarize the specific methods for sorting plastic products based on computer vision technology,understand the damage detection function of the sorting system,and fully leverage the advantages of modern technological means.Based on existing sorting systems and relevant experimental data,it can be seen that sorting systems designed based on computer vision technology for plastic product shapes,colors,labels,etc.have satisfactory sorting efficiency and quality.The computer vision technology applied in plastic product sorting and inspection has strong practicality,which can provide convenience for plastic product sorting and plastic waste recycling,and improve the operational efficiency of the plastic industry.
