摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是中华文化和中国精神的时代精华,主要体现在:在主体论上,在批判继承传统的“民本”思想的基础上,提出以人民为中心的发展思想;在认识论上,吸收了传统文化中“天人合一”的整体思维,提出并实践新时代的“共同体”意识;在方法论上,把中国古代的“变易”精神创造性转化和创新性发展为全面深化改革。中国共产党在不断推进“第二个结合”过程中,为新时代中国共产党人团结带领全国各族人民全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供了更深厚的中国特色、文明底色,也为创造人类文明新形态、引领世界文明发展进步贡献了中国智慧。Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era embodies the essence of Chinese culture and spirit in the modern era.Firstly,in terms of ontology,on the basis of critically inheriting the traditional"people-oriented"ideology,it proposes the development ideology of"putting the people at the center."Secondly,in terms of epistemology,it absorbs the holistic thinking of"unity of man and nature"in traditional culture,and puts forward and practices the"community"consciousness of the new era.Thirdly,in terms of methodology,it is creatively transforming and innovatively developing the spirit of"change and continuity"in ancient China into comprehensive and deepening reforms.The Communist Party of China,in the process of advancing the"second combination"that is,integrating the basic principles of Marxism with the excellence of Chinese traditional culture,has provided a deeper Chinese characteristic and cultural foundation for the unity and leadership of the people of all ethnic groups in building a socialist modernized strong country in the new era,achieving the second centenary goal,and promoting the comprehensive advancement of Chinese-style modernization for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It has also contributed Chinese wisdom to creating a new form of human civilization and leading the progress of world civilization development.
